Never Fret Growing Old

Never fret growing old,
Age is fortune, and it’s life.
The aged is the longer lived
And the most inclined to rife.

Along with age is wisdom—
Experience over time.
So wear such noble pendant
As if a thing sublime.

Never fret growing old.
The slower pace—do not rue.
It’s not good to die so young,
Aging is one's rightful due.

Never fret growing old,
For aging is innate;
Like summer turns to fall,
It is a natural state.

And never fret growing old,
But simply let it be
A part of life to embrace
With pride and dignity.
