Love Conquers

There is nothing
Love can't conquer
On earth, in sky and sea.
Come what may,
Naught can sway
The love that’s meant to be.

True love endures time
And infinity;
Though ages pass
And time won’t last,
Love lives eternally.

Love soars
Where birds can’t fly
And sails the angry sea.
Eagles fall and ships sink,
But love will ever be.

And though on land,
Monuments stand
As emblems set apart,
Truly love will hold its own;
For love sustains the heart.
