Gratitude

Thank you for food
And shelter this day;
And for provision
In every way.
As we lay down to sleep—
In spite of what tomorrow brings—
Preserve us, Father, in your care—
Sheltered by the angel’s wings.
Let peace, love and perfect rest
Sustain the mind and soul.
And let no evil betide us
Within the Master's fold.
