Tons of Poems

Thought I’d take the leisure
To enjoy some poetics.
How soothing to the heart
Those rhyming phonetics.
But then, there’s some prose
That is equally moving.
There’re poems of all kind
I’ve found to be soothing.

So many are they,
I couldn’t read them all.
And, yet, I was pleased,
‘Tho reading-time was small.
