The Christmas Light
Shines bright each year,
Heralding hope
Dispensing cheer.

To live and love.
To laugh and share
The ancient hymns
Of One so dear.

And emphatically
Loud and clear,
Still beaming from
The farthest sphere

The ancient message
Upon men's ear...
Christmas comes!
