Seize upon the happy hours,
Let them amuse you.
Love, and laugh and sing aloud
That your sorrows be few.

Seize upon the Quiet hours
Let them speak to you,
Calmly and quietly
And you'll emerge brand new.

Never hold on to your cares
Leave them all behind;
Cast them to the blowing winds
And true peace you shall find.
