Who Was Jesus

Jesus was a Friend to sinners,
And the Lamb of God
Who came from heaven to earth
To save the human pod.

Jesus was the great Physician,
Commissioned to the sick.
He was the town-stranger
Who didn’t fit the click.

Jesus was a miracle Worker
Who changed water to wine,
And multiplied the fish and bread,
So hungry crowds could dine.

And Jesus was a godsend
Into a dying world,
By whom the very grace of God
Has freely been unfurled.
