Oh Lovely Faith

Ahh lovely faith, lead and guide
Through life's fears and darkest hour
During rough and rugged times
When the sweet has turned sour.

For when life's golden moments
Are too soon turned to dust,
Safely keep the earnest heart,
Which does so faithfully trusts.

Though troubles may surely dawn
Over the promising hills,
Oh faith, lovely and faithful,
Yet lead and guide us still.
